Data retention, export, and deletion

Hirevia stores account, resume, Career DNA, preference, and application-preparation data so the product can function. There is not yet an approved numeric retention schedule. Until founder and legal review set one, we will not invent deletion timelines.

You can export your data or delete your account from Settings at any time. After deletion, resumes, Career DNA, applications, and saved answers for that account are removed. Limited security or abuse-prevention records may need to exist for a short time; that exception will be documented when a retention schedule is approved.

Open Settings when signed in to export or delete.
