These Terms of Service are a Hirevia product draft. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer. By creating an account you agree to use Hirevia for lawful personal job-search purposes.

The service

Hirevia helps you discover publicly listed jobs and prepare application materials. Hirevia does not guarantee employment, interviews, or employer responses. Hirevia does not make hiring decisions for employers.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. Never-Guess is designed so Hirevia does not invent sensitive facts. Where Assisted Apply is used, you remain responsible for reviewing content and completing any human-required steps on the employer site. Unattended submission to employers is not offered in this beta.

Accounts

Keep your login confidential. You may export or delete your account from Settings. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Eligibility

The current public beta is intended for adults. Registration asks you to confirm you are 18 or older. That eligibility rule is a product control pending professional legal review, not a complete youth-employment policy.
